SMS Terms

ForwardLine · Milton, Ontario

What messages we send

ForwardLine sends text messages to help answer calls and book jobs on behalf of the businesses we work with. This includes appointment confirmations, reminders, replies to your texts, follow-ups about your inquiry, and messages about your appointments.

How often we send them

Message frequency varies. You may receive a message when you book or change an appointment, when a reminder is due, or when we reply to a text you sent us. We try to keep messages short and useful.

Message and data rates may apply

Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving text messages, depending on your plan. Check with your carrier if you are not sure.

HELP and STOP

You can reply HELP to any message for help. HELP replies point you to our email at hello@forwardline.ca. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, we will not send you further marketing text messages, except where needed to complete a service you asked for.

Consent

By giving us your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from ForwardLine about your inquiry and your appointments. You are not required to give consent as a condition of any purchase or service.

Your privacy

Your mobile number and your text-message consent are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more.
